Structural Surveys

We carry out structural surveys every day of the week on old buildings, listed building, residential properties, Industrial buildings etc.

Residential

This is the most comprehensive survey and is suitable for all residential properties. It’s particularly good for older homes or homes that might need repairs

Industrial

Condition and dilapidation reports act as a record for the condition of a building / structure at a given point in time and are required when acquiring commercial properties, renewing leases or are breaking / ending a lease.   ​

Listed Buildings

Inspect and advise on specific defects such as cracks, roofing issues, damp problems, brickwork and timber frame problems and timber decay, and advise on building conservation techniques.
